3 Bean Salad Tuna Power Bowl with Spring Vegetables

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of FINERFIN 3 Bean Salad
  • ¼ cup cooked corn
  • ¼ cup cooked diced beet root
  • ¼ cup diced mango
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ avocado cut into slices
  • 3-4 asparagus stems
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Soy sauce for drizzling
  • Sesame seeds to taste

WATCH HOW WE PREPARED THIS

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the rice as per package instructions. Let it cool.
Cook and cut all vegetables and set aside.
Start building you power bowl by adding the rice to the bottom of a large soup/cereal bowl. Add the corn, beets, mango, carrots, avocado, and the asparagus. Top with 1 can of FinerFin 3 Bean Salad Tuna meal. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Enjoy immediately.
