Using the olive oil from the tuna can, make a creamy salad dressing by adding the Greek yogurt, the Dijon mustard, the vinegar, and the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Whisk all together until a creamy salad dressing is formed. Add the cooked orzo and the FinerFin 3 Bean Salad Tuna. Toss is all together and enjoy it!
