INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange zests
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic paste (or sriracha sauce)
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbs cornstarch

WATCH HOW WE PREPARED THIS

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, mix the water and cornstarch and whisk until all dissolved. Add all the remaining ingredients (except for the tuna) and mix until all combined. Transfer it to a small saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Remove sauce from heat and coat the FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna with the sauce.

Serve over steamed rice, or cauliflower rice.
