Spicy Chili Tuna Stir Fry

- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbs corn starch or flour
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbs powdered ginger
- 1 can of FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna
- 1 cup broccoli and cauliflower florets
- 1 cup carrots chips
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup of baby bela sliced mushrooms
WATCH HOW WE PREPARED THIS
Mix all the ingredients for the stir fry sauce in a bowl and set aside.
In a large skillet, add 1 tbs of oil, start adding the vegetables with the ones that need longer cooking time. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and snow peas. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add the stir fry sauce, mix and cover again cooking for another 5 minutes. Add
can of FinerFin Spicy Chili Tuna and fold until all combined.
Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or noodles.
