INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Mexicana Salad FINERFIN Tuna meal
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • ½ sliced cucumber
  • 2 to 3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbs sriracha sauce
  • 1 loaf of French bread or 1 to 2 pita bread

WATCH HOW WE PREPARED THIS

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix sriracha sauce and mayo in a bowl until combined.

Using a bread knife, cut the French loaf open and in half. Spread the sriracha mayo dressing on the bottom side of the bread. Add layers of lettuce, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, and shredded carrots. Add the Mexicana Salad FINERFIN Tuna meal over it and drizzle with the sriracha mayo dressing.
