INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can Zesty Lemon FINERFIN Tuna meal
  • 1 large Hass Avocado (halved)
  • ¼ cup red bell peppers cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbs minced jalapeno pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

WATCH HOW WE PREPARED THIS

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut the avocado in half and scoop the avocado partially leaving some with the skin. Add the scooped avocado into a bowl, add the bell peppers, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix all together until combined.

Fill each half of the avocados with the avocado pepper mixture and top with the Zesty Lemon FINERFIN Tuna. Enjoy right away!
