INGREDIENTS:

Avocado Mayo

  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Wrap

  • 1 individual wrap
  • 2 burger style lettuce leaves
  • ½ salad tomato sliced thinly
  • Shredded carrots
  • 1 can of FINERFIN Zesty Lemon Tuna meal

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl mash the avocado until smooth. Add the olive oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper. Set it aside.

Heat the wrap slightly and start building the wrap by spreading the avocado mayo on half of the wrap. Add the lettuce, tomato slices, and shredded carrots over it. Top with 1 can of Zesty Lemon FINFERFIN Tuna meal.  Roll the wrap and cut into 4 pieces. 

You can enjoy it right away or wrap it for a perfect to go meal.

The avocado mayo can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
